An Intimate Sotol Experience

Brezza is hosting an exclusive pairing presented by Executive Chef Nicole Brisson, Parejo and Lot001 Brands on Wednesday, February 28. Guests will enjoy a 4-course chef’s tasting menu, expertly paired with Parejo Sotols and a Lechuguilla.

This intimate experience is limited to 30 guests.Tickets are $115 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and guests must be 21 or older to attend.

Parejo was founded by Jorge Caldera, who has devoted 13 years to studying the native spirits of his homeland, Chihuahua, Mexico. Jorge’s goal in creating Parejo was to recapture the historical taste of Sotol, a distilled spirit made from many species of wild succulents called Sotol, the desert spoon in English. Caldera works directly with the producers, maestros, immersing himself in every aspect of Sotol and Lechuguilla production.
